Use those rudders! If you don't have a twist joystick or foot pedals I
suggest you buys some or turn realism to easy.

I had a computercrash and had to install fs2004 again over my backup.
But now the planes are pulling strongly to the right when taking of.
I remember that I ve read something about this problem in the past but
don't
know the solution anymore.
Anyone can help me? Is there a patch..I use virtual pilot pro on xp with
new
drivers. Calibration is good.
Thanks

I too have that problem. My joystick is a MS sidewinder Pro which
worked fine with FS98 and I made no changes except to install FS9.
I haven't had a chance to fiddle with it much, but changing
sensitivity or widening the dead zone does not seem to help.
In the air, the aircraft constantly wants to wander to the right and
you cannot trim it out with rudder.

Hi,
If i can assume the pull to the right is not crosswind effect because
propwash makes you pull to the left. I cured this by pressing OK in the
sidewinder 4.0 precision racing wheel in pedel "combined mode" control panel
for every time i play fligh sim.

Propellor 'torque' can pull you to the right or the left depending upon
which way your prop rotates. They don't all rotate the same way:-) In some
powerful single prop Naval aircraft such as the Sea Fury, the sudden change
of torque when cutting the engine on deck landing has been known to turn an
aircraft right over.

Single engine, or just multi engine? If just multi engine, take a look
at the engine rpm's when getting ready to taxi. You may be throttling
up just one or two engines on the same wing. If so, you have to 'link'
all throttles together so everything comes up together.

If single engine, it's probably engine torque... you need to give some
opposite rudder to keep things straight.
